General Manager - Business Manager
Location: CBR
Security Clearance: TS PV preferred, NV1 (min.)
Three or more years of experience in a general/ business management or similar role
Experience in developing business strategy
Strong ability with financial and budgetary processes
Superior leadership skills, with focus on employee coaching and development
Up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends
Previous experience in Government, Defence, National Security highly regarded
Office Manager
Location: CBR
Security Clearance: TS PV preferred, NV1 (min.)
1-2 years of experience in overseeing general office operation
Coordinating appointments, meetings with clients and acting as a 2IC to the General Manager
Experience in supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
Experience in producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
Ability to create presentations and other management-level reports.
Previous experience in Government, Defence, National Security highly regarded
Recruitment Manager
Location: CBR, MEL
Security Clearance: NV1 (min.)
1-2 years experience in leading the recruitment process
Ability to source new employees, coordinating interviews and negotiating contracts with recruits
Previous experience in leading recruitment advertising campaigns to raise awareness of potential jobs
Controlling applications received and selecting which applicants are suitable
Liaising with hiring managers and recruiters to discuss the progress of recruitment activities
Writing reports on recruitment activity, such as advertising costs and hiring manager timescales for completion
Keeping up to date with staffing needs in line with organisational goals or business plans and arranging interviews between managers and applicants to determine whether individuals are suitable for certain positions
Day to day oversight of the Recruitment team
Previous experience in Government, Defence, National Security highly regarded
Recruitment Consultants/ Resourcer
Location: CBR, MEL, Remote
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain security clearance
Minimum 1 year experience in Recruitment
Ability to source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards etc
Conducting screening interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Previous experience in Government, Defence, National Security highly regarded
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/ platforms etc
Office Administrator
Location: MEL
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain security clearance
Prior experience in an office/administration setting highly regarded
Ability to coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Undertake resourcing duties as required
Responding to a high volume of calls, emails and contact forms
Undertake Payroll activities with Xero
Digital Marketing/ Social Media Coordinator
Location: CBR, MEL, Remote
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain security clearance
1-2 Years of experience in Digital Marketing
Competent in use of Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc)
Able to produce daily content
Strong coordination skills in branded materials/ collaborations
Strong social media acumen and ability to engage with viewers, responders
